We explore the intersection of the culture you grew up with and the environment where you were raised--many of my clients are third culture kids with ancestral values and traditions that free or bind them—and we work to integrate all your identities to give voice to who you uniquely are.
Our conversations will be direct and heart forward; both passionate and compassionate. We’ll explore the things you believe and what you prioritize. But most of all, you’ll have a deeper appreciation of the greatness you already have and how you’ll bring that to the world.

I am committed to amplifying equitable opportunity for underserved and unserved communities, particularly those of AHPI (Asian, Hawaiian & Pacific Islander descent) and women leaders of color. I leverage my own lived experience as a daughter of immigrants and the mother of another. You'll see me creating spaces of belonging as I work to turn up the volume on voices that need to be heard and to elevate leaders who people will want to follow.
